Privacy policy — AdornTrade Dropship

AdornTrade Dropship ("the app") is operated by Guangzhou Jieweina Jewelry Co., Ltd., Room B127, 6/F, No. 55 Huangcun Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (the operator of adorntrade.com and jewena.com). This policy explains what the app does with information when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store.

Information we access

• Store information: store domain, store name, contact email and store currency, used to set up the app, to price products in your currency and to send you payment links for orders.
• Products created by the app: the IDs of products and variants the app created in your store, their SKUs, prices and stock levels, used to keep price and stock in sync.
• Orders routed to us as supplier: for orders containing our products, Shopify sends us a fulfillment request containing the items, the order number and the shipping recipient's name, address, phone number and email. We use this only to create the supplier order on adorntrade.com or jewena.com, ship the parcel, and report the tracking number back to your store.

Storage and retention

• The app stores store information, product links and order references (order number, supplier order number, tracking numbers). It does not keep a separate copy of your customers' names or addresses: those are passed to the supplier order on our website, where they are kept as part of the shipping record of that order.
• When you uninstall the app, its access to your store ends immediately. Shopify then asks us to delete your store's data (shop/redact) and we delete all app records about your store.
• Customer data requests and deletion requests received from Shopify are answered within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Shipping details are shared with the carrier that delivers the parcel and, where required, with customs authorities for the shipment.
